Sabine Kennedy is a bilingual French American entrepreneur, coach and avid researcher. She is a gifted public speaker and professional announcer.

Using a variety of tools and methodologies ranging from Insights Discovery to equine coaching, Sabine effectively addresses the needs of her clients.

She holds two Master’s degrees from France: a Master’s in Marketing from ESSEC, Paris, and a Master’s in Management & Coaching from ASSAS, Paris.

She is a PCC certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a former board member of ICF France.

Nicole Roettele is an HR and organizational development consultant, professional and executive leadership coach, and recent entrepreneur.

With a career spanning six countries and various industries including high tech and Fortune 500, she specializes in leadership and change, and guiding organizations and individuals through transformation.

Nicole holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and is a certified HR professional through SHRM (US) and CIPD (UK). Nicole is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a yoga and mindfulness teacher (Yoga Alliance).

With a global mindset and belief that ‘context matters’, she takes a systems and integrative approach that ensures clients grow, perform, and succeed through change.
