Meet the Founder
Nicole Roettele
Our bodies are built for change and yet the majority of us find initiating or accepting change difficult. Personally I am at my best when I am in control of a large, planned and positive change initiative or helping others through change but I had to go deeper and more personal in my learnings and practice when I was confronted with less controlled, difficult change in my own life. Based on academic research, work experience, evidence based and field tested tools and techniques, I created ALIGN TO CHANGE to work with clients who were looking to achieve long term positive shifts in their professional and personal lives.
Although transformation can be challenging, I know that having the right support, tools and frameworks can make all the difference.
